Four dogs. Two breeds. Zero compromise.

Our breeding dogs aren't chosen for an impressive pedigree on paper. They're chosen because we've watched them work, hundreds of times, long before we ever thought about it.

01 Why two breeds

The German Shepherd and the Malinois look alike. They don't replace each other.

The German Shepherd offers rare versatility: guardian, sport dog, solid family dog, able to adapt to a calmer pace without losing its usefulness. The Malinois is more intense, faster to learn, more demanding to channel — a dog for someone who has already handled a working breed.

We don't cross them. Each breed keeps its own pure line, its own standard, and its CKC registration papers. A Maison K9 German Shepherd is a German Shepherd down to the hips; a Maison K9 Malinois is just as much one.

02 Our breeding dogs

Kaiser, Freyja, Ares and Nova.

All of them live with us year-round. All of them hold a working title. None was "borrowed" for the occasion.

03 Our criteria

What it takes, before we breed a dog.

01

A confirmed working title

None of our breeding dogs are bred without having demonstrated, in competition or structured evaluation, a stable temperament under pressure.

02

Fully screened health

Hips, elbows, heart and a DNA panel — no exceptions, no shortcuts, even when the results delay our plans.

03

Managed genetic diversity

We avoid close inbreeding and vary bloodlines from one generation to the next — even when a tighter pairing would be simpler.
